Andrea Martino is currently co-founder and CEO of Martino & Partners, a management consulting company which offers advisory services to public bodies and private companies in the fields of strategy, procurement, organization, marketing and communication.
Andrea is also Head of Business Development of 3Pitalia, a newco that is leader in the italian market on Public Private Partnership, especially on smart cities and digital services.
Born in 1971, he has a degree in Economics and Commerce and an MBA in Business Administration.
His previous working experience are in the Central Bank of Italy, the European Commission, Bain & Company (senior manager) and in two regional purchasing Autorities (Lombardia and Piemonte), as the CEO and President of the Management Board.
He has been teaching procurement and e-procurement masters and courses for over 10 years for various Italian universities such as Politecnico in Milan, Tor Vergata Rome, Macerata. He is frequently a speaker in round table and seminars for the public sector
