Professor Dobrosav Milovanović is Director of Center for Public Administration and Public Procurement at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, as well as Director of Master of Public Procurement Management. He holds a Bachelor degree in law from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, as well as a Masters’ degree and a PhD from the same faculty. Courses that he teaches at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law are: Administrative Law, Administrative Procedural Law, Local Government, Public Administration and Regulatory Reform.
Dobrosav Milovanović is a member of executive boards of Association for Public Administration of Serbia and Association of Lawyers and member of coordination commissions of Government of Republic of Serbia for harmonization of regulations with the Law on General Administrative Procedures and for e-procurement.
He acted as a Deputy Minister for International Economic Relations in the Government of Serbia (2001-2003), as a Chairman of the Serbian Securities Commission (2003-2004) and Head of the Economics Institute of Belgrade (2005-2009).
