Diplomas awarding ceremony for graduates of four generations of Master in Public Procurement Management (editions 2017/2018 – 2020/2021), which is joint study program of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and University of Rome Tor Vergata, Department for Economics and Finance, was held on May 22, 2024 in the residence of the Ambassador of Italy in Serbia, H. E. Luca Gori.
80 graduates of this program from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Croatia, Montenegro and Bulgaria, who completed the studies under the scholarship provided by the EBRD, received joint diplomas of the University of Belgrade and University of Rome Tor Vergata. With congratulations, they were addressed by: the Ambassador of Italy H. E. Luca Gori, Director of the EBRD Procurement Policy and Advisory Department, Jan Jackholt, Director of the program, Professor Dobrosav Milovanović, and by Dimitar Azeski, member of the Management Board of the Alumni Association of students of this program in Rome and Belgrade.
The event was also attended by Assistant Minister for Higher Education in Serbia Dr. Aleksandar Jović, Regional Director of the EBRD for the Western Balkans Matteo Colangeli, Associate Director of the EBRD Procurement Policy and Advisory Department Evgeny Smirnov and Head of the Office of the European Investment Bank for the Western Balkans region, Alessandro Bragonzi.
