7th Global Procurement Conference, with the goal to raise awareness for the planetary implications of joint decisions regarding what is purchased, how and for whom in the public domain, was held in Rome (Frascati) on July 5-6, 2022. Organized by the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” with support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Conference gathered leading international experts in the field of public procurement, representatives of the world’s financial institutions, students of the 3rd, 4th and 5th Belgrade MPPM edition and 8th, 9th and 10th Rome IMPPM edition, as well as IMPPM Alumni members. The Conference included three sessions: National Procurement Session, Sustainable Procurement Session and Data Driven Session.
At the end of the conference closing ceremony for the 5th MPPM edition and 10th IMPPM students was held. Students were greeted by Ms. Aisha Nadar, member of the IMPPM Strategic Board as well as by Dr. Sima Avramović, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Holy See and Emeritus Professor of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and by Ms. Hanadi Al-Nabulsi, President of the IMPPM Alumni Association Andreja Pajević delivered the speech on behalf of the students of the MPPM 5th edition while Dancho Vodenicharski spoke on behalf of students of the 10th IMPPM edition. Students received certificates and plaques on successful attendance of the Master’s program by Ms. Aisha Nadar and Mr. Jan Jackholt, EBRD Director of Procurement, Policy & Advisory Department.
